Payment Policy
Payment Policy
Clear payment, refund-mode, failed transaction, fraud-prevention, and chargeback rules for a consumer e-commerce shop.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
GYD Sales & Marketing may accept payments through approved payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, payment links, EMI options, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Available payment options may vary depending on product, order value, delivery location, payment gateway rules, and internal risk checks.
2. Secure Payment Processing
Online payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and banking partners. GYD Sales & Marketing does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials.
3. Payment Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization or approval of the selected payment method. If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact support with transaction details.
Refund for failed or duplicate transactions will be processed after confirmation from the payment gateway or bank.
4. Pricing and Charges
The final payable amount will be shown before payment. It may include product price, taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, convenience charges, packaging charges, or other applicable fees.
Any additional charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
5. Payment Failure
GYD Sales & Marketing is not responsible for payment failure caused by bank server issues, incorrect details, insufficient balance, UPI timeout, card decline, payment gateway downtime, internet failure, customer-side errors, or fraud-control rejection.
If payment fails, the order may remain pending or be automatically cancelled.
6. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and the platform, we may verify orders before dispatch. We may hold, cancel, or refund suspicious transactions, unusually large orders, repeated failed payments, duplicate account orders, mismatched addresses, high-risk COD orders, or transactions flagged by the payment gateway.
7. Refund Mode
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed to the customer’s bank account, UPI ID, or approved refund method after verification.
Refund timelines depend on internal processing, payment gateway timelines, and bank timelines.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer raises a chargeback or payment dispute, GYD Sales & Marketing may share order records, invoice, delivery proof, communication logs, return status, and transaction details with the payment gateway, bank, or legal authority.
False chargebacks, payment abuse, or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and legal action.
9. Affiliate Payouts Are Not Customer Payments
Affiliate incentives, if any, are separate from customer purchase payments. Affiliate payouts are governed by the Affiliate Membership Policy and are released only after KYC, eligibility verification, sales validation, refund-period completion, and applicable statutory deductions.
Affiliate payouts are not deposits, investments, loans, assured returns, customer refunds, prize chits, or money circulation payments.
