Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage, claim process, exclusions, and customer-support terms for products sold online.
1. Warranty Source
Product warranty, where applicable, is provided by the manufacturer, brand owner, importer, distributor, or seller as stated on the product page, invoice, packaging, or warranty card.
GYD Sales & Marketing may assist customers with warranty information but does not provide an independent warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product and brand. Customers should check the product page, invoice, packaging, manufacturer website, or warranty card for the applicable warranty period.
3. Warranty Coverage
Warranty may cover manufacturing defects or functional defects arising under normal use, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Warranty does not usually cover:
- physical damage;
- water damage;
- electrical surge damage;
- normal wear and tear;
- misuse, negligence, improper installation, or improper storage;
- unauthorized repair or modification;
- consumables, accessories, batteries, cables, packaging, or cosmetic damage unless expressly covered;
- damage due to failure to follow usage instructions.
4. Warranty Claim Process
Customers may contact GYD Sales & Marketing or the manufacturer’s service center with:
- order ID;
- invoice copy;
- product serial number, if applicable;
- photographs/videos of the defect;
- warranty card, if available;
- description of the issue.
The final decision on warranty repair, replacement, or rejection may rest with the manufacturer or authorized service provider.
5. No Additional Warranty
No employee, affiliate, seller, agent, or representative is authorized to provide warranty promises beyond the written product warranty.
